"I went in for prescription sports sunglasses. The fitting was thorough, and Scott asked specific questions about the light conditions I'd be in and the sports I'd be doing. They know the photochromic lens and coating options well, and dialed in a custom spec that fit exactly what I needed.
There was a small mix-up when the order was placed. When I flagged it, Jonathan went to bat for me and got it fully remade — for a nominal difference and no hassle on my end.
Knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy to deal with. Glad to have a shop like this locally."

"I got the best possible care from Jonathan! I was awaiting eye surgery as my corrective lens broke free. Being very near-sighted I was struggling seeing. Jonathan was very thorough and would not give up until he found a contact that cleared up my vision completely.
Jonathan is a kind and caring person and made my day!!! A true asset to Winter Park Optical. It is a wonderful business. The receptionist was very kind also."

"I managed to scratch my cornea while visiting last week and these guys came to my rescue! They got me in right away and were able to identify the problem while giving me relief. I felt better the next day because of their advice and care for how to proceed with my injury. It was either visiting the urgent care which could have taken 6 hours, or going there which saved my vacation. Thanks so much!"
